Wrestling is our art form! At Thompson Training, we live by that motto. We believe wrestling is fluid and changes over time in little increments. It is our job to step into these new changes and adapt and grow, our mission is to improve wrestling competency and mindset of those in the sport.

Our services

Private 1 hour session

1 on 1 coaching and development. Focus on individual struggles with mindset or wrestling competency . This also includes live sparring sessions for those higher level athletes who need to be pushed more (high school /collegiate)

Small group session 1 hour (2-4 athletes)

Have a training partner? Or two? A small group session will include a specific topic of focus for the day for each session and allow for the athletes to work hand and hand with a competent coach at a discounted price
